Texts has an option to disable hard wrapping of paragraphs when documents are saved. To save documents without line breaks inside paragraphs execute the following command in Terminal app on Mac OS X.
defaults write io.texts.Texts TSSaveUnwrapped -bool yes
On Windows download and open save-unwrapped.reg file to disable hard wrapping.
